Our shelves are overflowing with a colorful and quirky array of one-off test pieces, studio favorites with slight imperfections, and other gems from our archive! It brings us so much joy to share these special pieces with you at deeply discounted prices and we hope they bring you a little bit of levity and light.

Our Microbe Collection is inspired by the unique galaxy of microorganisms living within each of us. We created a technique for dying and stippling each vase that evokes the nature of microbes as they grow and colonize.

Each vase is hand-cast with hydrocal plaster inside of a unique balloon shape. The interior of each piece is poured with layers of resin, making it waterproof. Finally, each vase is hand-dyed with custom mixed pigments and finished with a unique pattern of dyed plaster protuberances. The exterior of each vase is sealed with a UV resistant acrylic coating.

These vases are all handmade and will vary slightly in shape, size, color and pattern.
